I saw this card at http://scrapbookgirl.typepad.com/paper_scissors_and_superh/2015/10/introducing-quilted-winter-and-tag-sale-quilted-die.html on pinterest and really liked it but not the colors so...
I started by inking up a white panel with broken china and evergreen bough. They are sublte color differences and I liked them. I then sprayed some water in my hand and flicked it on the inked piece and let it soak up and then removed it with a paper towel.
I used my cricut and Close to my Heart Art Philosophy cartridge to create a snowflake in a square using the welding technique to put them together. I then used the clear wink of stella to add sparkele to my snowflake.
I layered the panel onto dark green and then layered that on to a blue that matched the broken glass ink.
Using the same cricut cartridge I cut out a solid square in white and in the blue. I inked the edges of the white with the distress ink and used a sentiment from Stampin Up Cazy Christmas. I used a snowflake stamps from an old stamp set and CTMH Ponderosa Pine ink - 2nd generation - to stamp them on the inside.
The sentiment on the front was also done in Ponderosa Pine ink and a sentiment from the same old stamp set. (I'm sorry I don't know who they are by)

It's beautiful!!
